Zillow.com , the new startup that allows you to “track” your homes “projected” value has now added a new feature, the ability to list homes for sale or homes that have recently sold.

I’m not going to call the end of the age of the real estate agent just yet. In fact, I think that those agents that can use this tool well will kick some serious butt and those that don’t….. wont.
